Font License Agreement

The Licensor hereby grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Font Software. This license permits usage in both personal and commercial projects, including but not limited to print and digital media. The Licensee is not permitted to resell or distribute the font itself. Usage Permissions

The Licensee is authorized to embed the font in documents and graphics. Modification, repackaging, or claiming ownership of the Font Software is strictly prohibited. Ownership rights remain with the Licensor.

Restrictions

Non-resalable: The Licensee may not resell or distribute the Font Software. Non-modifiable: The Licensee may not modify the Font Software in any manner. Exclusive Rights: All rights not expressly granted remain with the Licensor.

Embedding and Use

The Licensee may embed the Font Software in documents and graphics, ensuring compliance with the terms set forth in this agreement.
