My anxiety has been horrible lately and the only thing that seems to help is by distracting myself by binge watching movies and TV shows on Netflix.
Some of the good movies and TV shows I’ve watched lately:
- Stranger Things
- The OA
- Degrassi Next Class
- Fuller House
- Frequency
- Finding Dory
- The Lazarus Project
Unfortunately, I’ll be waiting awhile for new seasons. There are more to watch, though. At least I found a way to keep my mind off of things even if it’s only for a little while.
Hm that is a good way to distract yourself! I sometimes do that with reading. Usually makes me feel way better!

This is so me! I watch Netflix for these reasons as well! I’m currently on “Travelers”, but will start “13 Reasons Why” next.
I’ve seen all from your list but the first and last shows.
“Travelers” reminds me of “The OA” and NBC’s “Timeless”, which I never finished because I got behind and they’re partnered with Hulu. π
The last few shows I binged, in order: Frequency, The Flash, Dexter.
