Italian pasta salad

What you need:

  • 1 pound of spiral noodles
  • Cooking oil
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Wishbone Italian dressing
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano
  • 1/4 pound pepperoni
  • 1/4 pound hard salami
  • 1/4 pound provolone
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • Green olives
  • Black olives


  • Boil the noodles, pour into a colander and rinse with cold water, drain.
  • Chop up pepperoni, hard salami, and provolone into small square chunks.
  • Chop pepper and onion into small pieces.
  • Once noodles are done draining, place them in a medium or large bowl.
  • Place pepperoni, hard salami, provolone, olives, onion and pepper pieces into the bowl with the noodles and stir.
  • To make the dressing: Combine 3/8 cup cooking oil, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/8 cup Italian dressing, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon oregano in a bowl and stir well.
  • Pour the dressing into the bowl with the noodles, meats, cheese, pepper, and onion and stir well
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight for best results.
